AUSTERLITZ

Taking its cue from the layout of the novel of the same name, AUSTERLITZ strives to give us the feeling of holding a book in our hands, one we’re leafing through. Thus, the stage transforms into a magic box where the richness of the narrative summons the performers onto the stage for whimsical songs and charming choreographies that feel like dreams springing from the past. “This deeply moving collective diary crystallizes into a tapestry of desires and pivotal encounters that Gaëlle Bourges artfully weaves together before our very eyes” (Les Inrocks, Patrick Sourd, December 2023)

AUSTERLITZ is returning next season, on September 25, 2026.

FABRIK CASSIOPÉE

Starting in September 2026, the Os association will come under the leadership of Fabrik Cassiopée.

Founded in 2004, this production company was one of the pioneers in the development of artistic projects and the provision of consulting services. Led since 2016 byManon CrochemoreandIsabelle Morel, the company focuses on long-term collaborations with artistic teams across the entire spectrum of the arts: production, administration, distribution, communications, and development. To achieve this goal and to stay as closely attuned as possible to each individual’s needs and desires, Cassiopée has chosen to work with a small number of artists, thereby fostering artistic and personal connections.

A simple title. Or a burning question. To answer it, a series of shows, meetings, screenings, and performances are being offered at the TPM as part of Quartiers d’artistes, which this year welcomes Gaëlle Bourges:

COLO LASCAUX, or how to give children back their discoveries, even if they are dunces.

William & Harold at the Théâtre de la Ville

While waiting for the Netflix series, here is Europe's most famous medieval epic condensed into a low-tech episodic show: William & Harold, which depicts the Bayeux Tapestry (^11thcentury), a long-running tale of invasion that ends well then badly, or badly then well—depending on your point of view (English or French) and the time scale (short or long) you adopt.

In any case, we encounter William, Harold, Edward, Elguyve, Edith, but also horses, a mule, ships, the English Channel, Mont-Saint-Michel, Halley's Comet, a giant barbecue, the Battle of Hastings, and... ABBA.

William & Harold is a commission for theTout-Terrain Collectioncurated by Alban Richard: a series of short pieces for black boxes and outdoor spaces.

The show premiered in Paris in February.

We have been performingTo my only desire for over ten years now, and To my only desire is heading to Brazil this fall.

The show will be presented in Campinas, São Paulo, and Recife, as part of the SESC Dance Biennial and the FETEAG Festival.
