After passing a literary preparatory class, and studying Applied Foreign Languages, Camille Balaudé trained in Management of Cultural Institutions at Sciences Po Lille, before joining the Master 2 Professionnel "Métiers de la production théâtrale" at Paris 3.

Her career path has led her to work at the Forum - scène conventionnée de Blanc-Mesnil, Banlieues Bleues, Théâtre de la Poudrerie de Sevran, and Théâtre Louis Aragon - scène conventionnée pour la danse à Tremblay-en-France, as well as supporting the Jakart collective (theater), in positions involving administration, production and development.
In September 2018, following these various experiences, Camille joined the team at the association Os for the administration and touring support of the show The bath.

But Camille doesn't just wear her administrative hats: certified coach in 2018, she also runs a coaching business; is a badminton and running addict; is crazy about Scrabble; trains in sewing and ceramic pottery; dreams of parachute jumping, rock climbing and taking up the violin again... and many other unusual activities.
