After completing a degree in literature and languages, Camille Balaudé studied Cultural Institution Management at Sciences Po Lille, before enrolling in the Professional Master's 2 program in Theater Production at Paris 3.
Her professional career has led her to work in various subsidized theaters (Forum – subsidized theater in Blanc-Mesnil, Théâtre de la Poudrerie in Sevran, Théâtre Louis Aragon – subsidized theater for dance in Tremblay-en-France), as well as to support artistic teams in positions combining administration, production, and development.
Following these diverse experiences, Camille joined the team at the association in September 2018. Os association, taking on the administration and coordination of the permanent team. She will hand over to Marie Colombelle during the 2022-23 season in order to support artists in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, where she has settled.
In 2024, she wanted to explore other sectors and began a Master's degree in Finance with the aim of entering the field of social and solidarity economy.
Camille is not just about her administrative roles: she is a full-time mom to two little ones; she is addicted to running; she is crazy about Scrabble; she dreams of skydiving, taking up rock climbing, and picking up the violin again... and much more!
