Gaspard Delanoë was born in 1968.
He is the founder of several art collectives: Musée Igor Balut (1994), KGB (1999), Chez Robert, électrons libres (2000), and the author of three collections published by In Libris: Autoportrait du chaman en érection (2003), Précisions à propos du concept de pipe-minute (2005) and Road repair with atelier Julien Martial. He creates numerous performances and installations, mainly in museums, art centers, streets, squats and garbage cans.
He is the author, with Gaëlle Bourges, of the performance I Have a Dream and co-author of I kiss the eyes. Performer in The Lock by Gaëlle Bourges. With Yalda Younes, he created Jesuis Venue (Festival d'Avignon 2012) and Là,Callas ( Montpellier Danse 2013). Other performances with Yalda Younes include Le Discours d'Entrée dans la Veste and Problème Technique (Rencontres D'Averroes, Marseille 2013).
With director Benoît Bradel, he initiated theJe Te Souviens project, a reading of texts by Perec, Brainard and Pagès, which premiered in April 2015.
In 2009, he published Le Secret de l'urinoir de Marcel Duchamp révélé au monde, published by Julien Martial.
His first story, "Autoportrait (remake)," published in January 2017 by Editions Plein Jour to critical acclaim (Le Monde, Transfuge, France Culture).
Gaspard Delanoë also ran in the 2014 European elections on the "Europe from Marrakech to Istanbul" list of the P.F.T. (Parti Faire un Tour), in the 2012 presidential elections, where he failed to collect the 500 signatures (354 signatures), and in the 2017 legislative elections, where he played an active role in bringing down Cambadélis.
