Laëtitia Franceschini joined the association Os for the 2023/24 season, working as a communications and related activities officer while studying for a master's degree in humanities and cultural industries at Nanterre University, specializing in cultural and intercultural mediation. Her various professional experiences led her to explore careers in communications and mediation. She completed a civic service program during the 2022/2023 season at ECAM – Espace Culturel André Malraux, a theater in Kremlin-Bicêtre, as an assistant in public relations and communications. She also assisted the theater's director, Claire Bourdier, with production/administration for several months.
Her degree in theater studies from the Sorbonne Nouvelle, and her varied artistic practices (visual arts, dance, theater) have enabled her to develop a multi-faceted sensibility, which coincides with Gaëlle Bourges' artistic approach.
