On the occasion of the creation of the show for all audiences LAURA’ s Gang by choreographer Gaëlle Bourges, the association Os proposed a series of workshops between women housed at the Emmaüs CHRS in Épinay-sur-Orge and CM1/CM2 children from the Jean Perrin school in Grigny, on the issue of the representation of women and racialized people in Western painting.
The project was conceived as a journey through the history of art, combining visits to the Musée d'Orsay, critical reflections, creative workshops, dance workshops, and the invention of a form in which adults and children could "replay" - or "replay" - the works of the Musée d'Orsay. recasting the issues they had encountered together. Various moments in the project were filmed by director Claire Ananos, giving rise to the documentary film recasting.
